Easter 3 – 19 April 2026
Vicar’s Message
This is the time of year when it seems like every second bird I see is collecting nesting material. This year particularly impressive examples include a bald eagle carrying an enormous branch in its talons so that it hung a full five feet below it and a crow pausing on a gas station sign to coil up a length of string several times its wingspan. These signs of new life, especially after the emotional highs and lows of Holy Week, give me a simple joy and a reminder of the goodness and persistence of God’s creation.
I hope you are able to stop and notice similar love letters from God,
Rev. Laurel
