Vicar’s Message

What we do in these next ten days is the heart of the Christian story. There is a lot going on, with great highs and lows and a lot of moving parts. You do not need to attend and volunteer for every event or service, but it is my prayer that each of us will find our place in this story. That we will attend to the love letter God is sending to each us individually in this season. And that our hearts will be open to being surprised. If you look at the week ahead and find yourself thinking, “I don’t know about this Taizé thing,” or “That stations of the cross is too evangelical for me,” or “This isn’t the way we used to do it” I hope you will find room to be surprised by a God who could not love you any more.
