Eco Pilgrimage 2025
Sparrowcreek Farm was the site of the third Parish of St George, Fort Langley, Eco-Pilgrimage. Fifty seven pilgrims received their wooden markers with the walk. Participants were from the Parish, Salal and Cedar and the broader community. A biologist from the Fraser Valley Conservancy was at the trailhead to provide information . The highlights were: the quiet reflective time, the abundant new growth, the swallows, the baby ducks, the beaver and beaver activity .
Thirty three pilgrims joined in the Eucharist in St George Church yard led by Rev Laurel Dykstra.The ceremony was followed by a Fellowship meal in the Parish Hall. It was a fantastic day for all participants.
